These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tablewright ("the App") provided by Pennyworth Labs ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Tablewright, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tablewright for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Important: Tablewright allows you to modify database files. We strongly recommend maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the App.
Tablewright and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Pennyworth Labs. This agreement does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
