By downloading or using Wolfpak ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Wolfpak is provided for lawful personal and professional use. You may not use the App for any illegal purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Wolfpak provides route suggestions based on estimated driving times and distances. These are approximations only. Always exercise your own judgment when driving and follow all traffic laws. Pennyworth Labs is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from routes generated by the App.
Wolfpak allows you to import place data from CSV files. You are solely responsible for the data you import, including ensuring you have the right to use it and that it is accurate. Pennyworth Labs does not validate, store, or transmit imported data — it remains entirely on your device.
Wolfpak can create calendar events on your device at your request to schedule routes. Pennyworth Labs is not responsible for calendar events created by the App. You can manage or delete these events through your device's calendar app at any time.
Wolfpak uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data across devices signed into the same Apple ID. By using Wolfpak's sync feature, you agree that your data will be stored in your personal iCloud account and governed by Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions. Pennyworth Labs does not store or have access to your synced data.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App or its features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pennyworth Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
All content, code, and design within the App are the property of Pennyworth Labs and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
