These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tablewright for PostgreSQL ("the App") provided by Pennyworth Labs ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tablewright, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tablewright for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Having proper authorization to access the databases you connect to
• Maintaining the security of your database credentials
• Understanding the SQL commands you execute
• Any data modifications you make using the App
• Maintaining backups of your data
• Complying with all applicable laws in your use of the App

4. Database Access

Tablewright is a client application that connects to PostgreSQL databases. You must:

• Have legitimate access rights to any database you connect to
• Not use the App to access databases without authorization
• Comply with your organization's database access policies

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tablewright is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of network connections

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pennyworth Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or database corruption
• Unauthorized access to your databases
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Business interruption
• Security breaches

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

7. Data and Security

Important: Tablewright allows you to connect to and modify remote PostgreSQL databases. We strongly recommend:

• Using SSL/TLS encryption for all connections
• Using SSH tunnels for connections over untrusted networks
• Maintaining regular backups of your data
• Using read-only mode when browsing production databases

We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or security incidents resulting from your use of the App.

8. Intellectual Property

Tablewright and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Pennyworth Labs. This agreement does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
