Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using Nova.Blazor ("the Software") operated by Pennyworth Labs ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Nova.Blazor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Nova.Blazor subject to the terms outlined in our License Agreement. The license permits:

• Use in unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Modification of the source code for your own use
• Inclusion in applications you develop and distribute

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the Software or its source code
• Share your license key with others
• Use the Software to create a competing component library
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

4. Intellectual Property

Nova.Blazor and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Pennyworth Labs. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Software, not ownership of the Software itself.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment is processed through Gumroad. All sales are final, except:

• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if the Software does not work as described
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
• To request a refund, contact support@pennyworthlabs.com

6. Updates and Support

Your license includes:

• Lifetime access to all future updates
• Access to documentation and examples
• Priority email support

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PENNYWORTH LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pennyworth Labs from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Software or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
